Yea, making an investment in that pilot project, failing fast, making course corrections is a way to go in all aspects, may it be Supply Chain or Software projects. I think another great thing to watch out for is how the huge amount of data being available can be used to make right decisions to gain efficiency improvements, learning about customers and whole lot of related things. We just don't know what to do with that huge piles of data that gets accumulated every second!
